Sue Tinworth
Through the years, the Lord has repeatedly spoken to me saying,
“A time is coming when….” His voice constantly gives assurance that He will be with us through this time and ways we can prepare to fulfill His purpose.
I have extracted 31 dialogues and dictations about a time the Lord said is coming.
So far these are mainly from the year 2000 & late 2008. Please apply the word, “you” to include yourself and others.
May these simple words encourage you to listen to God’s gracious voice, to review your journals and be reminded of His faithfulness to you.
So much of life changed in early 2020.
We have entered the time Jesus foretold: a time of wars, fear, earthquakes, epidemics and famines, persecution, betrayal, hatred, lying prophets, deception, diversion from truth, lawlessness and cold heartedness.
Matthew 24:3-13 “Tell us, when will these things happen? And what sign should we expect to signal your coming and the completion of this age?” Jesus answered, “At that time deception will run rampant. So beware that you are not fooled! For many will appear on the scene claiming my authority or saying about themselves, ‘I am the Anointed One,’ and they will lead many astray. “You will hear of wars and revolutions on every side, with more rumors of wars to come. Don’t panic or give in to your fears, for the breaking apart of the world’s systems is destined to happen. But it won’t yet be the end; it will still be unfolding. “Nations will go to war against nations and kingdoms against kingdoms. And there will be terrible earthquakes, horrible epidemics, and famines in place after place. This is how the birth pains of the new age will begin!” “You can expect to be persecuted, even killed; for you will be hated by all the nations because of your love for me. Then many will stop following me and fall away, and they will betray one another and hate one another. 11 And many lying prophets will arise, deceiving multitudes and leading them away from the path of truth. There will be such an increase of the sin of lawlessness that those whose hearts once burned with passion for God and others will grow cold. But hold your hope firmly to the end and you will experience life and deliverance. “Yet through it all, the good news of heaven’s kingdom will be proclaimed all over the world, providing every nation with a demonstration of the reality of God. And after that the end of this age will arrive.”
Luke 20:25-28 “And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men’s hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”
May these words bless you and be relevant to you in the time we are in now.
In summary, the Spirit of Jesus assures us He will be with us and that we can know Him and trust His love and all He will do. We will have our blockages and deafness stripped and our hearts healed. Our Lord will be in us and we will be in Him. We will live together with Him in peace, reconciled, loving and forgiving; able to step into the darkness with out fear and walk in sanctification and the narrow dangerous way of sacrifice without fearing evil. During the waiting times we are to adore Him and prepare by cultivating obedience, wisdom, honor, and chivalry so we can reflect the glory of God – His light in the deepening darkness of our world.
Journal Excerpts:
1.24th March 1999. Healing has to reach to the core.
“This is what I would say,
There is a time coming when you will bless me for what I am about to do. I will strip away the blockages and deafness. You will be open and soft before me. I will be in you and you will be in me.
Praise you God for Jesus.
Come to me all who are heavy laden and I will give you rest. And the rest follows. There is an element missing. It is the core and it is love. Healing has to reach the core.
There is a way forward known only to me Walk with me. Keep pace with one heart beat. [Pace with God and each other] For my ways are not your ways, says the Lord. There is a day coming when all will be clear to you But until then you must walk with me – trusting me.”

2. 22nd May 1999. Rest in peace in My love.
“There is a time coming when men will run to and fro. You need to be still, my child. This is what I would say, Think on these things. My ways are not your ways.
Sell everything you have and give it to the poor. Will you do it? No. So give what you have. Give more. There is no need to worry about finance. I will take care of it.
Clear the spaces for what I will do with you. Enlarge your tent [Isaiah 54] for I will bring many. Repair the boundaries, says the Lord. [I see fence posts on a windswept cliff edge. We are to go to each member and ascertain that they are surely planted to hold their share of the boundary.]
Ever will I reign. Ever will I rule, says the Lord. I will dwell there and you will be my people. You will be my people and I will be your God, says the Lord your God.
I will make you a sign. My people will rest in peace in my love, says the Lord.
[Sense angels patrolling the boundary] Amen and Amen
1 Thessalonians 4:3,1 It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality. Finally, brothers we instruct you to live in order to please God, as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more.
There is more, This is what I would say,
Men will rise against men but you will live together in peace, reconciled, loving and forgiving. Otherwise you have no part with me.
So be it says the Lord. That is it.”
I believe the foundation of the remnant is laid. Some praise and some weep. The Holy Spirit’s anointing on this .. is His seal.
3. 8th January 2000 – at dawn over the sea. Light and Darkness
“Hear this my child, A time will come when nations will rise up against you.
Times will be hard, but I will be there for you.
Though the clouds darken, I will be there.
Light rises from the east, ‘The Lord cometh!’ [Matthew 24:27]
Verily I say unto you, The sun will not set on my coming.
I will surely come and receive you unto myself that where I am there you may be also.
A time has surely come when darkness fills the earth. Yet rejoice!”
Isaiah 45:5-7
Habakkuk 3: especially 16 God is coming to shake and thresh the nation.
Hosea 2:3 Israel stripped and made bare.
4. 25th January 2000. Open the Door of the Church
“Child write this down.
There will come a time when you will see me face to face and hug skin to skin.
This will be the day of my glory when pain and sickness, stress, fear and confusion will be wiped away.
You will be there to welcome me home again. Evil will be no more.
Come to me child and I will tells you tales of the future.

There is a time to come when we will be together. We will all be together.
[Sense of great excitement – see crowds like a carnival. Aware of praise in song, O the joy that floods my soul]
I walked on water for you. I walk in fire. I come to you in my Spirit.
Welcome me home, sweet child, Open the door as I parted the sea.
Open the door of the church. My light needs to reach the darkness there.
[I see corners; sweeping out cobwebs and dust.]
Let the sweet air of my Spirit waft through and refresh you all.
For my burden is easy and I will bring joy to your souls.
There is a day coming when my children will know me.
[I weep that Jesus is not known]
The day will come when they call on my name, Father, Saviour, Lord, Comforter!
I am Immanuel, Prince of Peace and I will bring harmony and healing to your souls.
There is a time coming when [the church’s] ministry will be widely known.
Minister to each one as if they are the only one. They come to me one by one.
I will guide you and call then into my arms. Your eyes are jewels, they sparkle like jewels reflecting my glory and love. They will see me in you, and it will be irresistible.
I am calling them through you, and you will be protected and sustained.
[Like a river flowing through – unlimited resource of refilling.]
I say, ‘Lord your will be done as it is in heaven.’
I hear, For unto righteousness have I come and my reward is with me.
I will receive you unto myself. Your stars will shine brightly.
You will bring many into my kingdom.
I will bring down resistance, hate and fear. [I see walls crumbling]
A day is coming when my people will be soft and warm.
I pray against distraction and oppression and feel God’s powerful presence.
He is just watching for an invitation. So be it. The day is come.
I say, ‘Lord I adore you and worship you and only you.’
It is done.”
5. 28th January 2000 Prophesy accompanied by music
I say, I want to praise you but not just from a Psalm.
I am given 1 Chronicles 23-
[God teaches me about administration of worship in the temple.]
Like a Gershonite through Shimei and his son Asaph, [from 1 Chron 25:]
I am set apart for the ministry of prophesying accompanied by music.
I hear, “This is what you will do.”
6. 21st February 2000. Be Glorified!
“This is what you will say. There is a day coming when you will adore me. You will kneel at my feet and see into the future through my eyes.
There is a day coming when you will know me and all I have planned for you. We will be together then. For a day is coming when my children will romp free. They will run to me and you will bring them, my child. The day is coming!
Bring my children bread, the bread of life broken for them, as they must be broken.
Bring my children wine, as they must be poured out.”
[In shock, I realised God is preparing us for martyrdom.]
I jested, Holy Lord, You don’t ask much!
“I ask only for a broken heart that I might be glorified in you.”
I respond, Holy God. How can this be? [Could God be glorified in us?]
Come, Lord Jesus, be glorified! [in me.]
7. 25th February 2000. They will be one.
“This is it. The day is coming, says the Lord, when my children will know me.
They will be one as we are one.
It is the will of the Father that you unite, as it is in heaven.
Sorrow will be no more. Pain will pass away and not return.
Truly I am your Lord. There is only one way to me. It is a way of sacrifice.
[I picture a high narrow rocky path along a mountain edge.]
I am with you. You come to the Father through me [with me].
I will never leave you, says the Lord.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the death I will fear no evil. Thy rod and staff strengthen me. Yea, I will fear no evil. The victory is yours, O Lord. The victory is yours. There will be no evil in that land made new. Ever reign with the Lord your God.”
8. 20th March 2000. Prepare with Me.
“Tell them,
There is a way forward that is dangerous and narrow. Very few walk in it but it opens into pastures, green grass. [like 17/3/2000 clinging to a rock face etc]
This is what you will say,
There is a way [in which] time is irrelevant. When my word is spoken it is, ‘now’
[I sense that when heaven is open to us, everything else is irrelevant.]
There is a time coming when all this will fade away.
Time will be no more for you. You will be in unending time.
Come to me child. Come to me sons and daughters.
There is a time coming when we will embrace and it will not end.”
I say, I hunger for that time, Lord.
As I do, child.
There is a time coming when the winds of strife can be held back no longer, and the end will come. [I sense great hands have been holding it back.]
I am with you even unto the time of the end.
Prepare with Me. Learn to walk with Me. Trust me. Know Me. For I am gentle and bountifully kind. You can have rest for your soul when you rest in Me.”
9. 7th April 2000. Cultivate wisdom, honor and chivalry.
“This is what you will say,
There is a day coming when nation will rise against nation. You will be there my child.
You will need wisdom, honor, and chivalry.
[I saw the sword of the Spirit to cut through and discern.]
Cultivate these now. Honor needs time to be developed, as does wisdom.
This is my prayer that you will be faithful in a little so I can make you a ruler of much. Listen to me child, the flock will need you. The time of waiting is the time for obedience. Verily says the Lord.”
10. 20th April 2000 4.30am. Listen as God’s child
“This is what I would say,
There is a day coming when my children will listen.
They are not listening now because their hearts are full of greed and fear. Insecurity binds them. It is their greatest hurdle.
Come to me children and let your fear dissolve
in the compassion, love, power and authority I give as your Father.
Come to me children and know me for what I am, meek and lowly and ‘with child’.
I am your mother and father, birthing you, feeding you, protecting you, teaching you.
The years are about you and I, about you growing in my arms.
You have nothing to fear. I will make you great.
You are my son and daughter. You will inherit the earth and all that is in it.
Hallowed be the name of the Lord. Your name is on my lips, Je-u and on my forehead. I am yours. Verily. For I am wondrously made and everything I am is because of you.
(My heart cries out to be a manifestation of his glory and at the corruption of sin also evident in me.)
You only see godliness [in me] don’t You? You really do!
(What a wonderful relationship this is that he offers you!)
God, I need to worship you. It is the deepest hunger of my being.
To adore you and reverence you. [Words fail me.]
You are my child and I am well pleased.
I say, How can this be?
Come and play with me. Let us have some fun together.
Tomorrow is long. [ a long way away?]
Live in my presence freely. Taste of me. [drawing off life power; nurtured]
I say, You are sweet Lord
I am sweet and you will find ____[ life source] for your bones. [Like white cells from marrow?] In love you will find healing. In love you will find healing. Taste of me for I am sweet. I am everything you need.
I say, O Lord this is beautiful! [Tears flow as I reflect that I am wondrously made. That is all he sees.]
I say, Thank you Jesus for being the blinding light of heaven that covers me.
Come to me child, we can step into the darkness together and you will have no fear.
[It is as if we are hand in hand and I am a child about 10.]
This is what we will do. You will trust in me and I will trust in you.
I say, How can this be?
This is for you [ specific person named] I love you precious child.
Walk with me and I will walk with you.
My mantle will keep you warm. My hand is on your head.
My eyes are on your eyes. Look at me and you will see all you have waited for.
I say, Hallowed be the Lord! Your tenderness overwhelms me. You really love us as a father.
I am with you always. Even in the time of the end I am with you.
I will never leave or forsake you.
I say, Even when I sin?
Your heart is with me and we are one.
I say, I am won! [pun intended]
You are one, of many who I bring. [sense of responsibility] Care for the flock!
[I sense that I am to hug them for him. These are the only arms some will know. Tears. How far short this is of what God offers them. I don’t want to short change them. He gave me mercy and mercy to give them. I worship.]
There is a day coming when all this [need for mercy] will be no more.
Wait on it! Count on it! All tears will pass away.
I say, You already see me as glorified?
I do! [I sense God smiles.]
I say, Grace is even more amazing than I knew! I love you Lord.
As it should be.”
11. 12th May 2000. My Word will stand
“Listen to my words,
There is a time coming when all this will pass away. There is a day coming when my word will stand. Stand on it. Drink it and revive. For my ways are not your ways, saith the Lord.
This is my will, that you may know me. As I am known of old, know me, taste me for I am sweet and good.
I will lift you [as baby in outstretched arms]. My child, be lifted up to God as a thank offering, as consecrated first fruit.
I respond, Heaven rejoices at your name. Wonderful. Prince of Peace. Sanctifier. Hallowed be the name of the Lord! Principalities bow at your name. Jesus, Son of God, Son of Men. Reign over us forever. Amen.”
12. 3rd June 2000. Embrace a loved One and a new life!
“There is something I want to say, and you will write it down.
There is a day coming when all you know and enjoy will pass away. These things are trivial, like grass to be mown and discarded.
The obedience I call you to will not pass away. You become part of a relationship that will be a foundation and an endless opportunity for you. This is my will: that you should obey my word and live in me as I live in you.
It is not sacrificing. It is embracing a loved One and a new life! This is my command that you love one another as I have loved you.”
Confirmed by Psalm 103:15 “Our days are so few, and our momentary beauty so swiftly fades away!”
13. 10th June 2000. Look to Me.
“There is a time coming when all this will pass away, but my word will not pass away, says the Lord your God. My Will will not pass. My love will not pass away. These are the seeds of the conception.
I respond, Hallowed be the name of the Lord!
This is what I would say to the children of the earth. Look to me. Know me, for I am bountifully kind. My will is for you [individual] to flourish abundantly. My love is the breath that sustains you. Trust my love and I will [be able to] lift you up.
‘There is a way that seems right to a man, but the end of it is destruction.’
Look to me and I will show you The Way.
A day is coming when you will need this.
Look to me and know my voice for that day.
‘For I am with you always’ even until the end of the earth.
Look to me and love that passes all understanding will flood your soul.
There is a day coming when we will be one and this will not be taken away.
I respond, Hallowed be the name of the Lord!
Will you be there? This is the word of the Lord.”
14. 14th June 2000. Trust & Focus
“This is what I would have you say,
Be at peace my child for my hand is over you and my eyes are on you. There is nothing that I cannot do or undo. Trust in me, Lean in to me and I will sustain you and be your friend. I will provide for you and hide you. I will circle you and love you. Believe in what I can do through you as I believe in you.
There is a day coming when all this will pass away. Until then trust.
Give account, as I give account for you in the most holy place.
We are a team you and I, and my will is spoken through you. My will is in you. I know that.
There is another. Be vigilant and focussed. Come into the circle of my arms, the warmth of my Body. For I will give you rest and you will find rest for your soul. I bless you and comfort you. I surround you in the circle of my love. Rest in me as I rest in my father. We are one.
There is a day coming when all this will be gone.
Our time is short to work in this way. Stay with me [focus].
For a day is coming when my will will be done, Says the Lord your God.
Be ready for the day is at hand. I will speak the words and it will come into place.
The will of the Lord is for your blessing, for good. Fear not for the day of the Lord will relieve suffering. All will be made right. As it was in the beginning so it will be in the end. You will be there, my child. You and others with you To welcome the day of the Lord and to herald, ‘He comes, in glory. Hallelujah! The Lord!’ ‘Ever rest in the name, the glorious name of Jesus!’
So be it.”
15. 26th June 2000. Be a rock shelter to God’s children
“Stay with me and I will be your God and you will be my child. There is a day coming when all this will pass away But my will will not pass away, says the Lord your God.
For you will be to me a rock of shelter for my children. [Like a cave] Strong and safe and they will cling to you as you cling to me and my hand will be over you [all].
This is the will of your Father that you abide in me and let me abide in you.
You are clean and safe when my Spirit is in you. You are clear and bright when my Truth is in you. Let it shine forth and be a welcome to my children everywhere.
It is the will of God that his children should know him and they will see him in you. Bless you, child. This is your anointing to be a mother to the nation of Israel, Succor them as I succor you. Shelter them as I shelter you. Love them as I have loved you. And you will be to them a safe place. This is my authority, placed on you. Bless the mothers of Israel. Weep no further. For I will bring you to a new place of hope and freedom And the children will bless you and call you, ‘the way home.’
That’s it!”
16. 24th August 2000. My love flowing through you.
“There is a time coming when all this will pass away.
Hasten child. Spread the word. Share the goodness of the Lord’s love with his children everywhere. This is the commission I have given.
This is the Lord’s command, that you love one another as I have loved you,
‘This do in remembrance of me.’
It is not a ritual. It is my blood in you, my love flowing through you.”
17. 18th October 2000. The Son of Man will be lifted up
“This will all pass away but I will not pass away.
Write it, The sea will rise. The Son of Man and God will be lifted up.
I was prepared. Broken for you from the foundation of the earth.”
I worship him. We also need to be broken. I am at peace. God is in control.”
18. 18th November 2000. The Word goes forth.
“This is what I would say,
There is a time coming when you will see things as I do . Until that time walk with me. Watch and wait.
I will be your God and you will be my people. It is enough to know that I am with you.
My rod and staff strengthen you. You are the apple of my eye.
The day will come when the word goes forth,
When people will come from everywhere to be blessed of The Lord.
This I will do through you.”
19. 20th November 2000. A light to the world.
“This is the word of the Lord. There will come a time when nations shall rise against nations. You will be there my child, a light to the world, as Jesus is lifted up.
This is honey to your soul. The sweetness runs over.
There is a way that seems right to a man but the end is certain destruction. Walk in the narrow path, trusting me. I see the way ahead and it is not for you to know [worry about]. It will be done when I do it, says the Lord. There is more…
There is a day coming, says the Lord, when all this will pass away. Pray on these things. Think on these matters. Let the Lord give you light. Do not turn your eyes away.
For I am the Lord your God and I am with you even to the ends of the earth,
The time will come when my people turn to me and know me. You will be there my child. Listen to me and wait on Me. The day will come when you are all taken home.
Blessed be the name of the Lord! Ah Jesus Oh Jesus. [Sing] Come and be my Lamb.
There is a day coming when all this will pass away, but I will not pass away, says the Lord your God. Amen.”
20. 15th September 2001. Turn to Me & Know Me.
“This is what you will say,
This [lifestyle security as we know it] will pass away but I will not pass away.
[We cannot rely on the predictability of lifestyle routines to make us feel safe.]
Your safety is in me, says the Lord your God.
This is my will, says the Lord your God. That you turn to me and know me. I am good and bring rest to your soul. This is the will of the Father that you love me as I have loved You. This is my will.
Deuteronomy 6:14 Do not follow other gods, the gods of the people around you for the Lord your God is a jealous God and his anger will burn against you and he will destroy you from the face of the land.”
21. 1st December 2008. Holiness and weeping.
“Together we will see my children come to me.
One people before me, my people with me…
There is a holiness coming to my people that will carry you away…
into intimacy with me and each other.
I would that you were pure before me…
Sweet Lord, manifest your will in us as your people and be glorified!
I am your strength. I am your hope, Sue. I am here for you. Rest in me.
I ask, And the city [of Melbourne], Lord?
O the city!
I respond, O Lord
Weep with me child, that all might be restored in the city. (x3)

It will be done as I have decreed and I will do it.”
Ezra 4:11, 21, Ezra 6:8,9,22 ‘and turned the heart of the King to strengthen their hands in the work of the house of God and the God of Israel.’
22. 6th Dec 2008. Stripped to purity & truth.
“Gather to me and know me as Father.
Know my love for you and my purposes in this season.
A day is coming when all you know will pass away,
but I am in the midst of this so do not trouble your heart.
I need to strip away until there is only purity and truth
and we are one so I can reclaim my people and my creation.
There is a time coming when I will bestow upon the earth the fullness of my desires for you. There will be an abundance of all the graces and joy to carry you through. Know me and my joy will fill you. Be my joy as I am yours.
Be to me clear, sweet summer days on which I can reflect my likeness and write my will and purpose. Reflect me and others will see who I am. Glorify me and others will hear who I am. As I am to you, I desire to be to everybody who will let me rest with them. Rest in me as I rest in you and let this be a blessed day for you. Mine, you are mine and I am yours.
I respond, O Lord!”
23. 9th December 2008. One
“One will. Victory in our time. One people, one with his will.”
24. 10th December 2008. Tell them
“There is a time coming when all this will pass away. I will not pass away. I am come that they might have life and have it abundantly. Tell them. For me.”
25. 12th December 2008. Love well
“There is something that I want you to do for me.
I respond, Yes Lord?
Love well… I am with you….. Love will flow again, Sweetie as I lift your heart into mine and nurture you there. You will overflow and it will be good.”
26. 25th December 2008. Let everything begin and end with me
“I want to be with you, Sue. There’s a time coming when your reliance on me will be called upon. I am making you unto Me alone.
I respond, Yes Lord, I do not fear.
You will [fear] but I will be with you. Let me be more to you. Let me be your breath and purpose. Let everything begin and end with me. Let me show you. Let me know you- open yourself to me so we can see you together as you will see what I see! I love this!
I respond, I do too Lord!….”
27. 27th December 2008. One.
“One voice, one message, one purpose, one call.”
28. 1st Jan 2009. Bury your head in us
I ask, Lord, what do you say?
” Come to me.”
“There is a time coming when all this will pass away. But I will not pass away.
I am the Lord your God, everlasting and I am for you…..
Bury your head in us and let us hold you.
You can face the world from my shoulders.
I will unveil to you the mysteries. (Revelation 4:1)
Come and I will show you what lies ahead. Come sweet child..”

29. 14th June 2020 Peace, trust, focus, rest, be ready
“This is what I would have you say,

“The Lord said to me, “Will you love Me?
There is a time coming when all this will pass away but I will not pass away.
Will you come to Me?
There is a time coming when all will not be as it is now,
but I will be with you to walk with you through the fire into eternity.”
31. 20th July 2021. Be One with Me in My Glory
“Come to Me. I will not abandon you. I will lead you in the Words that matter.
I will be your God and you will be My people.
I am about to reveal the Truth to you and it will make a difference to your direction.
Stay with Me and I will bring you home.
Be one with Me in My Glory.”
