Across 5 gatherings and 5 days, the Holy Spirit has brought together a sequence of revelations that neatly connect what God revealed six months ago; and what we can do now to prepare us for what God will do in 2021. The journey began with revelations about Victoria – and culminates in a Word for our region.
In summary: We discern Yahweh is inviting us all to be His covenant people, fulfilling His purposes for the Great Southland of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is inviting us to let the Holy Spirit fire cleanse and protect us, and lead us into a honeymoon – a time of rest and fresh revelation of God’s love to us. This preparation time will help us understand God’s plan and as One agree with His purpose for our region so we can overflow with His compelling love in a ministry of reconciliation to those around us as part of His imminent 2021 harvest.
This understanding was catalysed by revelation shared by Karen Wilson on Monday 14.12.20 and is based on John 15.
Fresh Revelation 1: Through Jesus, Yahweh has made a covenant through Jesus that offers us all the invitation to be One with Him as His covenant people. Yahweh determines time and place for each people group in the land. Yahweh gives His land to those who are His covenant people those who will fulfill His covenant purpose in the land.
John 15: 1-2 TPT “I am a true sprouting vine, and the farmer who tends the vine is my Father. 2 He cares for the branches connected to me… “
The land of Canaan was given to God’s covenant people, Israel.
Isaiah 42:6-57 “Here are the words of the true God, Yahweh, the one who created the starry heavens and stretched them out. He is the one who formed the earth and filled it with life. He gives breath to every person and spirit to everyone everywhere. I, Yahweh, have commissioned you in righteousness to succeed. I will take your hand in love and watch over you. I will give you as a covenant for the people, a walking-light to the nations. Your mission is to open blind eyes, to set prisoners free from dark dwellings, and to open prison doors to those who are held by darkness.”
Isaiah 49:8-9 Yahweh says: “When the time of showing you favor has come, I will answer your heart’s cry. I will help you in the day of salvation, for I have fixed my eyes on you. I have made you a covenant people to restore the land and to resettle families on forgotten inheritances. You will declare to prisoners, ‘You’re free!’ and to those in darkness, ‘Step out into the light!’
The land of America was given to the pilgrims who came to fulfill God’s purpose – that the gospel would go to the world.
Key Question: Karen asked, Who has God given the land of Victoria to?
From June 2020, our team praying for Victoria had asked God to expose and set us free from the evil which had gained stronghold in our State. God revealed that this stronghold is from the early days of the Victorian settlement – entering through broken relationship between three people groups (Aboriginal tribes, English occupiers, and Chinese miners in the Gold Rush) who did not value each other – so each group felt they did not belong and were not wanted. This still needs to be dealt with, because this is still holding the people groups apart and giving access to a demonic power behind China. The ministry of reconciliation to the Father’s love will bring the healing needed.
For months, the Holy Spirit stirred Karen Wilson to ask who the land belongs to. Last week, Karen heard God answer the question by saying, “Remember de Queros.” Suddenly God shifted the focus of the question from Victoria to our broader region:
Key Question: Karen asked, Who has God given the land of the Great Southland of the Holy Spirit to?
Karen heard that Yahweh has given Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands to the Holy Spirit and God’s covenant people in this land, those in whom the Holy Spirit dwells and moves.
Key Question: What is Yahweh’s purpose in the Great Southland of the Holy Spirit?
Karen heard the land has been waiting for the people of the Holy Spirit to arise as His ecclesia for the purpose of displaying the glory of the Holy Spirit.
Key Question: What displays the glory of the Holy Spirit?
Isaiah 57:15 “For this is what the high and majestic one says, the one who fills the eternal realm with glory, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in high and holy places but also with the bruised and lowly in spirit, those who are humble and quick to repent. I dwell with them to revive the spirit of the humble, to revive the heart of those who are broken over their sin.”
Ephesians 1:17 “I pray that the Father of glory, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, would impart to you the riches of the Spirit of wisdom and the Spirit of revelation to know him through your deepening intimacy with him.”
Galatians 5:22-23 “the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”
Key Question: Do you know your part in God given purpose, your authority and function in the land?
Key Question: Will you covenant yourself to discern together what the Holy Spirit is saying and doing and decree God’s purpose – by exercising together our ecclesial authority in Him to possess the land? Karen noted that Dutch Sheets has been teaching, we are priests and kings in the order of Melchizedek. As a priest, we stand before God – by His mercy to seek His face and His will on a matter. So that we can then, as a king, decree God’s Word releasing God’s mercy.
Our fulfillment of “Your Kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as in heaven” depends on our discernment, agreement and active cooperation with our Father’s will. The clear role of apostolic fathers and mothers is to draw the ecclesia to hear and move as One. Apostles will help God’s covenant people co-discern what the Holy Spirit is revealing, form agreement with God and each other and respond as One in decreeing this and obeying the Lord together.
First we need discern – hear and understand- Holy Spirit’s revelation of our Father’s will. This prophetic function can be depicted as a receptive funnel. Too often we assume we know what to pray; what God would say. It is not enough to have a Bible text we can claim on a matter. To recognise which alternative Scripture applies, we need the Holy Spirit’s quickening on God’s perspective on a specific matter and His strategy elements, sequences, timing, personnel etc.
When we understand God’s will, it is critical that we take a next step of actively agreeing with God and forming agreement with each other. Then we need to decree /act upon/release the Holy Spirit revelation. This apostolic function can be depicted by turning the funnel so that it becomes a megaphone.
Fresh Revelation 2: Jesus has given us the Holy Spirit as fire to purify and lead us into this new season of 2021.
John 15: 3-4 TPT 3 The words I have spoken over you have already cleansed you. 4 So you must remain in life-union with me, for I remain in life-union with you. For as a branch severed from the vine will not bear fruit, so your life will be fruitless unless you live your life intimately joined to mine.
5 “I am the sprouting vine and you’re my branches. As you live in union with me as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you—but when you live separated from me you are powerless. 6 If a person is separated from me, he is discarded; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire to be burned. 7 But if you live in life-union with me and if my words live powerfully within you—then you can ask whatever you desire and it will be done. 8 When your lives bear abundant fruit, you demonstrate that you are my mature disciples who glorify my Father!
The Prayer for Victoria group met on Friday 11.12.20 for our last weekly gathering for prophetic discernment for Victoria led by Linda Straw.
Linda Straw had heard, “God will be a ring of fire around Victoria.” and played The God Who Sees which references God as a Ring of Fire around us, and putting a Ring around your finger.
During our six months of prayer for Victoria the symbolism of a ring of fire became an image of surrender to God’s refiner’s fire, purification and protection, associated with the ring of steel that controlled and divided Victorians for four months in Stage 4 lockdown.
Michelle Deane’s prophetic word for Victoria confirmed our understanding of the signet ring and the importance of continuing to meet to declare by faith the 40 decrees given us on 1st September when 70 Victorian representatives gatherd in a day of prayer to represent the 79 municipalities of Victoria before God. Michelle quoted from Haggai 2:23 ‘’I called you and I will wear you as my signet ring’’. So Victoria, the Lord is saying He is wearing you as His ring of authority, open your mouth and make that decree because He has chosen you.
In the Pray4Victoria group on Friday 11.12.20, led by Linda Straw, and on Monday 14.12.20, led by Sue Tinworth, we unpacked progressive revelation – including understanding of a vision given to Lesley Allen on 10.12.20. She was in a car with L plates, indicating a new journey. Everything stopped when Jesus came to the passenger window with kindling that was on fire. He leaned into the car and put it into her heart – as a fire starter. It created a ring of fire around her. Lesley said, “This is what has to happen to us.” and Lesley rightly concluded that over summer we need God’s new perspective, to go on a journey with the Spirit fire who will awaken and refresh and release us in new ways.
Fresh Revelation 3: We are invited to go on a Summer Honeymoon to be restored in the fire of His intimate Presence.

9 “I love each of you with the same love that the Father loves me. You must continually let my love nourish your hearts. 10 If you keep my commands, you will live in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands, for I continually live nourished and empowered by his love. 11 My purpose for telling you these things is so that the joy that I experience will fill your hearts with overflowing gladness!
At our last prophetic discernment gathering on Friday 11.12.20, Linda prepared us with an onramp to what is coming in 2021 by asking us:
Key Question: “Will you turn aside to the fire of My Presence in this advent/ holiday season?” and saying, “Take us there and take the bride of Victoria there. He regards us with jealous affection.”
When sharing this on 16.12.20 in our P4V team gathering Sondra said, “God is inviting us to a summer honeymoon!”
Key Question: Is Love the motivation of your life?
John 15:12-13, 17 “So this is my command: Love each other deeply, as much as I have loved you. 13 For the greatest love of all is a love that sacrifices all. And this great love is demonstrated when a person sacrifices his life for his friends. 17 So this is my parting command: Love one another deeply!”

1 Corinthians 13:1-8 TPT “If I were to speak with eloquence in earth’s many languages, and in the heavenly tongues of angels, yet I didn’t express myself with love, my words would be reduced to the hollow sound of nothing more than a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I were to have the gift of prophecy with a profound understanding of God’s hidden secrets, and if I possessed unending supernatural knowledge, and if I had the greatest gift of faith that could move mountains, but have never learned to love, then I am nothing. 3 And if I were to be so generous as to give away everything I owned to feed the poor, and to offer my body to be burned as a martyr, without the pure motive of love, I would gain nothing of value. 4 Love is large and incredibly patient. Love is gentle and consistently kind to all. It refuses to be jealous when blessing comes to someone else. Love does not brag about one’s achievements nor inflate its own importance. 5 Love does not traffic in shame and disrespect, nor selfishly seek its own honor. Love is not easily irritated or quick to take offense. 6 Love joyfully celebrates honesty and finds no delight in what is wrong. 7 Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others. Love never takes failure as defeat, for it never gives up. 8 Love never stops loving. It extends beyond the gift of prophecy, which eventually fades away. It is more enduring than tongues, which will one day fall silent. Love remains long after words of knowledge are forgotten. 9 Our present knowledge and our prophecies are but partial, 10 but when love’s perfection arrives, the partial will fade away. 11 When I was a child, I spoke about childish matters, for I saw things like a child and reasoned like a child. But the day came when I matured, and I set aside my childish ways.”
Key Question: Will you open your heart to a revelation of God’s love?
On Wednesday 16.12.20 when Sue shared these fresh revelations face to face with the Pray4Vic team, Linda saw there was an angel in the room and the Lord said it was an angel of understanding.
On Monday 14.12.20, Sue Tinworth led Pray4Vic under the title of, “Into the Fire.” The title led Linda to go back to a book by Che Ahn entitled “Into the Fire” which says the only way to understand holiness is through love. Two quotes from page 122: “The greatest revelation I have received is that holiness has everything to do with love. We cannot be holy without first receiving His love.” “True holiness and victory over sin will not take place without love as the motivating factor. For only then is our surrender complete.”
Sondy shared that “to understand something” we have to “stand under it.”
This summer, Holy Spirit will lead us and enable us to stand under God’s love so we can understand and stand in God’s holiness. In this still, resting place we are restored to meaning, wholeness and connection in Oneness with God and each other.
Key Question: Are you willing to commit to an endless summer of passionate love?
Fresh Revelation 4: We need the Holy Spirit to give us God’s understanding.
John 15:14-16, 26 You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. “When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me.
Key Question: Will you let the Holy Spirit change your mind so He can lead you into the new season?
Tuesday 15.12.20 in Aussie Watch Sue prayed, “Holy, Holy Holy” and shared a lighthearted revelation from the Spirit that when we cry “Holy” in intimate worship, we call upon the Holy Spirit by His first name. Sue invited Karen to share her revelations with the group which led to a discussion on the call to partner with the Holy Spirit in His covenant purpose in the Australia Watch group.
Ros Curry continued this focus on that same afternoon in Prayer Call: Sitting at Jesus’ Feet, by focussing us in worship and the word on Revelation 4. Revelation 4:5 “And burning before the throne are seven blazing torches, which represent the seven Spirits of God.” The blazing torches are like the kindling on fire that Jesus gave Lesley. The seven Spirits of God are given to enable us to change our ways of thinking so we can grasp God’s understanding, guidance and mighty power.
The Branch produces the fruit of the seven Spirits in Isaiah 11:1-4 The cut-off stump of Jesse will sprout, and a fruitful Branch will grow from his roots:

3 He will find his delight in living by the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord. He will neither judge by appearances nor make his decisions based on rumors.4 With righteousness he will uphold justice for the poor and defend the lowly of the earth. His words will be like a scepter of power that conquers the world,[n] and with his breath he will slay the lawless one.

Fresh Revelation 5: Holy Spirit wants us to let love prepare us through to love those around us so we are fruitful in the imminent harvest in 2021.

We have used many strategies for successful evangelism – but we have not yet done what Jesus said would bring conviction to the world.
John 17: 20-26 TPT “And I ask not only for these disciples, but also for all those who will one day believe in me through their message. 21 I pray for them all to be joined together as one even as you and I, Father, are joined together as one. I pray for them to become one with us so that the world will recognize that you sent me.22 For the very glory you have given to me I have given them so that they will be joined together as one and experience the same unity that we enjoy.23 You live fully in me and now I live fully in them so that they will experience perfect unity, and the world will be convinced that you have sent me, for they will see that you love each one of them with the same passionate love that you have for me…26 I have revealed to them who you are and I will continue to make you even more real to them, so that they may experience the same endless love that you have for me, for your love will now live in them, even as I live in them!”
Key Question: Will you let Holy Spirit lead you into a season that will culminate in the Harvest?
Revelation 5:6 The seven Spirits of God sent out to the ends of the earth. And God goes with us on this journey!

John 15:18-27 True Disciples Can Expect Persecution. 18 “Just remember, when the unbelieving world hates you, they first hated me. 19 If you were to give your allegiance to the world, they would love and welcome you as one of their own. But because you won’t align yourself with the values of this world, they will hate you. I have chosen you and taken you out of the world to be mine. 20 So remember what I taught you, that a servant isn’t superior to his master. And since they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. And if they obey my teachings, they will also obey yours. 21 They will treat you this way because you are mine, and they don’t know the One who sent me. 22 “If I had not come and revealed myself to the unbelieving world, they would not feel the guilt of their sin, but now their sin is left uncovered. 23 If anyone hates me, they hate my Father also. 24 If I had not performed miracles in their presence like no one else has done, they would not feel the guilt of their sins. Acts 7:55-56 “Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. “Look,” he said, “I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”
