A few years ago, a group of prayers from Stairway went by train into the city to do a prayer walk. We also went up onto the mountain. At the end of the day, the team went up the Eureka Tower to look out over the city and make some declarations.
While we were there I asked the Lord what the redemptive purpose, character and calling was for Melbourne.
Immediately I heard the Lord say, “Unity”- A city of unity, cooperation, tolerance, respect, celebration of differences and peace. This is how we are to be known across the earth.
