God will heal us if we will let Him.
Globally people in many nations, states and cities are in critical need of God’s physical healing to protect us from Covid-19.
Jason Upton: You don’t find God, God Finds Us
Beyond Coronavirus there are deeper spiritual, moral and emotional issues that we need God’s forgiveness and healing for. Our hearts and relationships as Christ’s leaders and disciples critically need God’s healing right now. And across the earth, many wait to be gathered into healed relationship with God as Father. The foundations of our historical, social cultural patterns, laws, land and environment cry out for God’s healing and the loving righteousness and justice of God’s kingdom. All creation waits for the sons and daughters who will overflow our Father’s love on earth.
Jason Upton: Remind me of the promise – You Are Watching Over Me
Locally and globally we hear afresh God’s promise:
…if My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
God’s 2 Chronicles 7:14 promise is conditional because these are the necessary processes by which we can open our hearts and land to receive God’s healing.
Will you do it?
Will you humble yourself before God and each other?
Will you humbly turn to seek God’s face and stay there until you trust how good and kind and loving He is?
Will you humbly seek God’s face until you have His perspective of who you are – so you can rest in the glory of God’s opinion of you as His beloved?
Will you humbly submit to the deep sword of God’s Spirit and let Him expose to you your blind spots – so you can humbly see and confess your cherished sins and be freed from the legitimate accusations of the enemy? If you will not, then may God raise up an intercessor who will stand in the gap to do this on your behalf. God give us Your forgiveness and grace to ensure we cover each other with Your love and mercy.

Will you humbly turn to seek out your brothers and sisters – to confess the sin of your arrogant judgements and separateness and seek their forgiveness and reconciliation?
God is calling us to turn to Him and to each other in repentance and reconciliation. It begins personally with our humble and painful recognition that our own hearts need healing. So we can humbly repent of our sin to each other as family members, as leaders in the church, as the family of God.
It is vital that we, as God’s people turn to each other in repentance to lay down every judgement and offence, to forgive and open our hearts to be one before God. It is particularly necessary for leaders to repent before each other so that the people of God are not inhibited by us.

Will you turn so God will heal our planet – our land and people and cultures?
God is offering to hear our prayers and heal our land
Prophets and leaders across the world are saying the same thing right now.
God’s people are being given a window of opportunity to turn to God and see things turned around- personally, locally in our territories, nationally and globally in this season.
A day for global prayer and repentance is being held by many across the earth – 26 September 2020 – called The Return, based on 2 Chronicles 7:14.
It is a date in alignment with the Hebrew calendar given by God – in the Ten Days of Awe leading up to the Day of Atonement: Yom Kippur.

God is offering to heal our land – locally
In the days leading up to the global day of repentance, let’s humbly pray and seek God’s face on behalf of our states or territories.
Since mid June, we have heard God’s progressive call for Victoria to repent before God and our neighbouring states. [See: Will you pray with us for Victoria?]
- There have been many very significant national and local prayer gatherings during July, August and September 2020. See Will you pray with us for Victoria?
- Our national Prayer Call family met many of you during “”We Bow Low” in worship 24/7 during July.
- Prayer Call now offer you 40 Days seeking God’s face. 21 August-29 September 2020 [Email sue@partnersinprayer.org for zoom room details and times in the early mornings, some afternoons and evenings Mon-Sat.]
- Some of us have had to humble ourselves in order to meet with other leaders and seek God’s face together on behalf of our city and state so we can hear our diverse parts so we can stand as one in God’s strategy for our repentance.
- Because leaders humbled themselves, Victoria hosted a churchwide Day of Prayer on 30th August 2020, prophetically 185 years after John Batman first arrived in the area we know as Victoria on 30th August 1835.
- Because leaders humbled themselves, a team of 70 representing the 79 Victorian municipalities were granted grace to enter the heavenly courts on 1st September 2020 to repent of the sins of Victoria and Melbourne before God. See the promises of God to us and join us in decreeing these by faith as we stand in the gap for their manifestation: Decrees for Victoria & Melbourne

God is offering to heal our land – globally
Australia’s days of prayer & repentance will prepare our nation to align as one with other nations for a global day of prayer and repentance led from USA by a messianic Jew, Johnathan Cahn and other global networks.
The Return is a movement, an appointed time, and a specific day set apart for one purpose – the return to God by coming before His presence in humility, in sincerity in prayer, and repentance.
The movement begins now and will continue through the entire year of 2020 leading up to 10 Days of Vigilant Prayer – Starting with the Biblical Feast of Trumpets and ending with the Day of Atonement (September 18-September 28). The central day of The Return will be Saturday, September 26, 2020 on the National Mall and throughout the nation and world – an event simulcast globally very early Sunday 27th September in Australia.
Will you humble yourself and pray and seek God’s face and turn from your wicked ways so God will forgive our sin and will heal our land?
