This a sequential list of reports of what God has done during our Pray4Victoria weekly online gatherings and special days of prayer, and through our vital partnership with other Australian and global watchmen.
1. Prayer Call 1 October 2017-
Pray4Victoria was birthed and is nourished by the blessing of growing within this online Australia wide prayer community that meets 6 days a week in worship and Spirit led prayer. During July 2020, only a month after the formation of P4V, Prayer Call held a month of 24/7 worship: We Bow Low. This drew new people and took us into deep prophetic revelation and formation as community.
From 2021 – Debra & David Morris have led us in deep intercessional revelation and relationship with brothers and sisters in Israel and the Top End and Central Desert of Australia. Prayer Call is on an Australian family journey accompanied by regional and global watchmen. The Global Watch
2. What’s Your Part in God’s Surprising Strategy: Regional 24/7 Worship & Prayer? March 2020
The call to pray and worship from Victoria -across the whole South Pacific region – began in October 2019.
“God has given us responsibility to take care of the land He has entrusted to us. We are not to abandon the earth to the reign of the enemy. We are called to make amends when evil, injustice and particularly the shedding of innocent blood has been committed upon the land. (Numbers 35:33, Deuteronomy 19:10, 32:43, Psalm 106:38, Jeremiah 7:1-7, Jeremiah 22) When we repent and receive the blood of Jesus, all is cleansed. (Hebrews 9:13-15) Let us unite to pray, “Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven!”
3. Pray4Victoria: Light in Darkness in Melbourne 17th June 2020-
In June 2020 Sue Tinworth heard and issued a call to Australia to Pray4Victoria. Open P4V weekly gatherings continue to meet online to include regional and interstate watchmen. We have become a deeply loving community.
4. Pray4Victoria: Revelation, Roots & Repentance Sunday 12th July 2020
We humbly acknowledge the ungodly laws and influence of Victoria but this has not been what God focused us on. From June 2020 God showed us that the foundations of Victoria remained smashed by the historic English illegal and violent invasions – sins of idolatry, broken/wrong covenant, sexual sin and innocent shed blood that gave the enemy strongholds from which to accuse, deceive, kill, steal and destroy. This left the First Nations people, English and subsequent immigrants* feeling they did not feel wanted or that they belong. Before the state can be rebuilt, God’s deep healing and reconciliation is needed between the people groups on this land.
*Mistreatment of 40,000 Chinese goldrush workers.

12. P4V: Our Second Day of Prayer on behalf of Victoria Local Areas 6th September 2021 Synchrony Australia Worships: Victoria
One appointed time, one voice, one song, laid down in humble worship before our God. Pray4Vic participated in this national gathering with representatives from across the Local Government Areas of Victoria.
Karen Wilson: “On the same day, at the same time, all across this nation, I am calling forth worship, so that I can break open My desire for this nation.”
Gather together to wholeheartedly and passionately worship Jesus – in families or home groups, in churches or join with others on line. Now is the time!
In a time of deep worship at Stairway Church around 2015, I saw a vision of a funnel- a tornado shaped whirlwind, extending from where we were worshipping, into the upper atmosphere. It looked like wind swirling around in the shape of a tornado and inside of it were thunderings, lightnings and angelic beings. It reached up into the atmosphere and extending from it, a thick layer of “cloud” spread out across the sky.
I then saw other funnels forming, and knew it was worship coming from other gatherings across the nation. There were many of them. The ‘cloud’ each funnel was forming in the atmosphere, eventually came together to form one carpet of cloud across the nation in the upper atmosphere/ heavens.
It was then that a huge thunderous release of power came out of the cloud to hit the land and when it did, the land formed cracks that opened up and something was released- like something held captive was released and then followed a rapid germination of seed held in the ground- seed to a great harvest.
As I watched this, I heard the words, “On the same day, at the same time, all across this nation, I am calling forth worship, so that I can break open My desire for this nation.” Karen Wilson, Prayer Pastor Stairway Church
Rebecca Milne: “I heard Father say ‘this is the power of union’. Union with me and each other. The answer to separation is union. The atmospheres shift the divisions healed and strongholds shredded. The response of my beloved, to come up higher… transfixed gaze is the power of Union. Union is the answer to Australia’s division. Then I understood the power released from last night’s synchronicity. The opposite spirit to division is Union.”
13. A Victorian Earthquake shook Victoria and reached four other States 22nd September 2021 – 3 weeks after Synchrony.
Ruth Webb, Jacqueline Gardiner (from P4V) and others were given a prayer assignment in the area. The earthquake was another illustration of how God is systemically shaking and shifting the natural and spiritual foundations of Victoria.

Hebrews 12:22-29 “… you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel. See that you do not refuse Him who speaks… saying, “Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.” Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire.”
14. Our Third Day of Prayer on behalf of Victoria Saturday 11th December 2021
Pray4Victoria discerned a call to gather representatives from across Victoria during a national gathering,
An Appeal to Heaven: A Day of Repentance and Prayer for Australia. In each of the 79 Victorian Local Government Areas we declared the sovereignty of Jesus Christ as Lord and His Kingdom come. And we honoured the people clans, tribes and nations by name in all our Local Government Areas – praying as led by the Holy Spirit.
15. Australia Prays (prev NDOPF) reformed and is supported by PIPES Board. 2022
Australia Prays has a vision to facilitate the start of new prayer groups across Australia in every city and region and to help connect these groups so that we hear from each other what the Holy Spirit is doing in Australia as we as a national kingdom of priests bring the nation as an offering to God for His glory.
Australia Prays will host the National Day of Prayer & Fasting (NDOPF) on Saturday 27th May 2023
16. A New Sound Rising from the Land. A literal sound is being released – Indigenous wailing – living intercession and Scriptural declaration from the Top End of Australia and intimately carried by the Spirit of God through hearts linked in oneness across Australia and Israel. 17. God is Restoring the Foundations of Victoria. August-September 2022-
“A new foundation for Victoria! Justice and redemption for all things that have been taken away. Righteousness prevailing at all levels of government and every sphere of society, every family. We will all see HIS GLORY.” Mal & Di Dow 1 Sept 2020
When Pray4Victoria began, God spoke to us about the foundations of our state needing to set right before God could build on them. In late August -early September 2022, after more than two years of weekly worship and intercession, we are seeing and hearing in the Spirit that God is shifting the broken pieces of Victoria’s foundations together. Victoria is on the move.
Linda Straw: There is deep earthwork going on to do with the foundations- deep deconstructing and reconstructing. “When Victor Soo (a key Apostolic father in Melbourne, was praying, I saw a rumble under Victoria/Melbourne – like the ground was being lifted. I feel like the Lord wants to restore the foundations, but that process often involves a DISLODGING and a REALIGNING of what’s there.”
Sue Tinworth saw fields of soil being dug and ploughed and prepared for seed! “I felt it in my hands as deep, black, rich, fertile, loose, moist soil.”
Christine Bishop noted the seed must be planted “the right way up” – in Godly order. ‘Seed’ applies to Christ, to the Word, and to the Harvest. God’s covenant people are like receptive soil, implanted with the seed of Christ.
Galatians 3:16,29 “Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Christ.” “And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
Hear a similar message in A Prophetic Word by Veronika West released 9 September 2022 for the UK.
“…a Sign that My Love shall reverse the curse, and My Great Mercy shall bring a Prodigal Nation back to its senses; back to its Covenant Foundation; back to its Ancient roots. For a stiff-necked and rebellious Nation will be brought to its knees in Repentance. Yes! For I have had to resist this Nation because of its Pride.
But watch, as The Winds of My Spirit now blow forth upon this land, to bring this Nation full circle. For a nation in chaos and great turmoil will be brought back into divine order and alignment with My original intent for this land Watch! As My Spirit moves to bring Divine Restoration, Reconciliation and Reformation!”
